Drumming for Life
Saturday 8th November
12 noon until 3pm
This event is being organised by Joe Musker, ex professional drummer, now a youth worker/drum teacher. Joe also writes for a website on a daily basis for Bournemouth Youth Service it's called Musker beats- it is a drumming website that is proving to be very popular with young drummers around the world
The idea for 'Drumming for Life' is to have as many drumkits set up as possible in as many youth centres throughout Bournemouth. All drummers will be sponsored - please email Joe if you'd like to sponsor this event or get involved in any way. Money raised is being donated to the Youth Cancer Trust
A cymbal will be hit to launch the event by a local celeb.
A raffle with prizes such as a snare drum donated by Poole Percussion, A meal for 2 donated by Inn in the Park, an autographed CD from Steve White (Paul Weller's drummer) and many more..
